The site does what it needs to do, but yeah, getting around felt a little messy. I could figure it out eventually, but the navigation wasn’t exactly smooth.

It come here quick and I didn’t have no issues with it. Everything was fine.

The products themselves might be fine, but I felt a bit misled by the website. It makes everything look like it’s going to be a smoother, nicer shopping experience than it actually is. The design feels messy and outdated, and browsing around wasn’t very pleasant.

It’s okay overall, but i feel like it could be a little cheaper for what you get.

Maybe it’s just me, but the fins felt loose once I got them on, and the installation was more annoying than I expected. I had to force them way more than seemed reasonable, which made me wonder if I was doing something wrong. Anyone else have this issue?

My order showed up looking like it had been through a lot. The box was crushed, the corners were smashed in, and the tape was barely hanging on. The item inside was basically just loose in the box with hardly any padding, so of course it had marks on it when I took it out.
I tried asking about it, but I kept getting different answers depending on who I talked to, which just made the whole thing more annoying. Maybe the product itself is normally fine, but the packing was really bad, and for what I paid, I expected way better. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

I ordered from surffcs and the size guide was somewhat helpful, but not as accurate as I hoped. The item ended up fitting tighter than expected, especially around the shoulders, which was annoying since I double-checked everything before buying. It’s still wearable, so it’s not a total loss, but guessing your size after using a size chart feels kind of ridiculous. Shipping was fine and the quality seems okay, I just wish they had better sizing info or more real fit details. 3 stars.

I wasn’t totally sure these fins would line up with my old board, but they matched perfectly and were easy to put on. it was smoother than I expected...

I shopped on surffcs for fins and a few surf accessories, and it was mostly fine. They do have a decent range, especially if you already know exactly what you’re looking for. I found a couple of good options, but annoyingly, some of the sizes and models I wanted were out of stock. Not the end of the world, of course, but it did mean I had to go check other sites too. Overall, it’s okay for basic surf shopping, though I do wish the selection was a bit wider and better stocked.

My delivery showed up way later than expected, and the tracking info barely changed the whole time. It wasn’t not frustrating, honestly

I was hoping this would feel a bit more solid, but the quality just isn’t quite there. It’s usable, but it feels a little cheap and I’m not sure it’ll hold up well over time.

I emailed them twice and still haven’t gotten any response at all. frustrating tbh, especially when you’re just waiting for someone to acknowledge you

Checkout was quick and straightforward. I found what I needed, added it to my cart, and the payment went through without any random problems, which was nice. The shipping options were clear too, so I didn’t have to sit there overthinking it or anything. Super calm experience, obviously. I only got two sessions out of it before it broke. Two sessions, seriously. I was expecting it to last a lot longer, so yeah, I won’t be buying this again.

I had a fin set with a small issue and wasn’t sure if it was going to be a pain to deal with. I sent over a few photos, got a quick reply, and they handled the warranty without making it complicated. The return label was simple too. Overall, solid experience.

I took these out for a session at the spot I usually surf with my buddy, and the fins just felt loose the whole time. Every time I tried to lean into a turn, it got a little sketchy and didn’t feel as locked in as I’m used to. Kind of disappointing because I really wanted them to work out.

The board fit was fine overall, but the straps felt awkward once I actually started using it. After a short session, my hands were already sore, which was disappointing. I tried reaching out about it too, but I kept getting transferred around, which made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be.

I’m disappointed. The material felt cheap right out of the box, and after only two sessions it already started splitting. I tried reaching out to support, but it just turned into this annoying loop of being redirected and repeating the same info without getting any real help. Definitely not the quality or service I expected

I ordered a traction pad from surffcs and it arrived without any issues. traction pads are usually hit or miss, but this one felt solid under my back foot, even when the board was soaked. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because the edges felt a little stiff at first, which always seems to happen with new pads anyway. After a few surfs it softened up and felt much better.

I was trying to check the specs, but the product info just wasn’t clear, clear enough. I had to keep guessing what some details meant, which was frustrating.
